5. Subscription and Payment
If you choose to subscribe to our premium services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where outlined in our refund policy below.
6. Lifetime Access
Purchasing "lifetime access" to DateGen grants you access to the app for the lifetime of the app, not your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate the app at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for past purchases.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by contacting us at hello@loveyourfirstyear.com. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
If more than 100 dates have been generated within the 7-day period, we may reserve the right to refuse a refund as this is clear misuse of the app.
Upon an issued refund, access to the app will be revoked.
8. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any of these terms or engaged in conduct that may harm our community or reputation.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide engaging and fun date ideas, we are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our suggestions. Your participation in activities inspired by our service is at your own risk. DateGen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
